DYNAMIX designs custom integrated systems that enhance communication using a variety of technologies such as; large screen projection, video and audio teleconferencing, data/video walls, kiosks, 3D displays, public address systems, closed-circuit television, simulator displays and more. Each system is designed for maximum flexibility, ease of use, and can be integrated into a variety of presentation environments.

Certification

Our technical service staff regularly attend Manufacturer Training and Certification programs to ensure they are fully up-to-date as technology develops. We have on-staff Certified Crestron Programmers, Bi-Amp DSP programmers, Polycom Certified Technician, Cisco Telepresence Products Certified staff, Avid Certified (ACSR) staff, Extron MediaLink Programmers.

In addition, all our staff have full WHIMS and Fall Protection Training Certifications.

Documentation

The long-term operability of your system can be best maintained with detailed documentation. Dynamix can provide you with comprehensive “as-built” drawings, system documentation, and project/equipment manuals to better orient you with your system. More sophisticated and comprehensive integrations may also warrant equipment inventory and wire-run databases with client-approved mnemonic schemes available in a variety of electronic formats.

We provide technical expertise at every stage from preliminary design through to post-sale technical support.

Service & Maintenence

You have invested a lot of time and money in your system. If you purchased your system from DYNAMIX, you can feel confident that the same parts and service department that has the knowledge and resources to fix it fast will work to protect your investment. The DYNAMIX Warranty and System Support Policy is designed to provide clients with a comprehensive and cost-effective service/support package. This includes on-site service and extended manufacturers’ warranty.

We staff a comprehensive technical services department comprising engineers, field service technicians, and service support personnel committed to effective, long-term service and maintenance extending beyond traditional warranty protection. Service and maintenance agreements protect your investment with on-site diagnostic and field service support and assist

with predictable and controllable maintenance fees. Routine preventative maintenance by our factory-trained technicians maximizes system performance, improves component reliability, and extends system life.
