Consulting

During an initial site visit, DYNAMIX consultants will perform a full project evaluation to enable us to understand the requirements of your organization. This investigative process aids our understanding of your core business; technical, logistical, budgetary, communications obstacles, and future delivery plans. If necessary, we will conduct an audit to identify components and technologies you already own that are useable to augment the new design.

Design & Engineering

By working with your architects, interior designers, and structural engineers, DYNAMIX ensures that the systems they design give due consideration to any special requirements such as safety and aesthetics.

Project Management & Engineering

System integration is the most logistically complicated and fastest-moving part of your communications project. Our project managers monitor costs and keep you updated with progress reports and modifications as they occur. A large portion of your system may be pre-fabricated at our facility to minimize disruptions to normal operations at your site.

Prior to installation, DYNAMIX programs and tests equipment; fabricates specialized parts, and constructs custom racks for each multimedia system. Systems will be fully cabled, connected, rack-mounted, documented, and field-tested by our factory-trained and industry certified technicians prior to delivery.

Installation

DYNAMIX Installation Technicians will coordinate and manage the on-site installation with the client.  They will integrate all of the products into your facility per the agreed-upon design and then conduct a complete system performance analysis and certification of the completed system. If an acceptance test is part of the contract, we ensure the system is fully compliant prior to sign off.

We staff a comprehensive technical services department comprising engineers, field service technicians, and service support personnel committed to effective, long-term service and maintenance extending beyond traditional warranty protection. Service and maintenance agreements protect your investment with on-site diagnostic and field service support and assist with predictable and controllable maintenance fees. Routine preventative maintenance by our factory-trained technicians maximizes system performance, improves component reliability, and extends system life.
